Melissa Kortzendorf Roux Helping Hand Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship may be used for tuition, books, and fees, OR emergency assistance.

To be eligible for a standard scholarship for tuition, books, and fees, a student must:

1). Have successfully completed the first semester of the OTA program and be enrolled full-time in the OTA program at the time of the award
2). Be meeting the minimum standards of academic progress
3). Must maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA
4). Write a thank you letter within one week of receiving this email notification to the {{ portfolio.name }} selection committee.
5). Update any change of address and/or telephone number as soon as possible by logging on to the SCFF scholarship system and altering the general application.

1). Have successfully completed the first semester of the OTA program and be enrolled full-time in the OTA program at the time of the award
2). Be meeting the minimum standards of academic progress
3). Must maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA

Payment will be made to the vendor providing the emergency assistance. Payment will not be made directly to the student.

The emergency money can be used for but not limited to:
Car repairs or public transportation.
Housing (rented from a non-family member).
Child care during the period of the emergency.
Emergency health care.
College books, tuition, and fees.
Assistance with the cost of a certification exam and obtaining a license.
